"Pale gold color. Toasted bread, hazelnut and fresh pear on the nose, along with a hint of fresh porcini. Fine-grained and elegant in texture, with fresh flavors of apple, orange and buttery brioche. Finishes with good length and notes of lemon and lime." Stephen Tanzer

“Shows finesse, along with depth to its honey, candied citrus and mineral flavors. Lovely balance and harmony render it seamless and graceful.”
91 Points, Wine Spectator

WineSpectator Review:
On the dry side, offering graphite and mineral aromas, grapefruit, honey and freshly baked bread flavors. Though light in weight, this shows fine intensity and a toasty, honey-accented finish. Drink now through 2011.

Parker Review:
Perrier-Jouets NV Grand Brut is a very pleasant, mid-weight Champagne that shows lovely complexity. Suggestions of smoke, roasted nuts and light honey add character to a generous core of ripe yellow fruit. The wine offers excellent overall balance and a poised finish. This is Lot L2070809871, disgorged November 17, 2007. Anticipated maturity 2009-2012.

Tanzer Review:
(lot #2940400963 on the bottle) Pale gold color. Toasted bread, hazelnut and fresh pear on the nose, along with a hint of fresh porcini. Fine-grained and elegant in texture, with fresh flavors of apple, orange and buttery brioche. Finishes with good length and notes of lemon and lime.

Other Reviews:
This is a nonvintage with bottle age, giving richness along with toast. The primary fruits are melting into a full, almond and yeast wine that fills the mouth with its concentration and citrus hints. This is a style for those who like rich but dry Champagne. Wine Enthusiast

A bright and lively blanc de blanc, with a clean-cut mineral note underscoring the poached apple, toasted almond, apple blossom and candied ginger flavors, accented by a soft and satiny mousse. 11/15

Tanzer Review:
Pale, green-tinged color. Citrus peel, nuts and chalk on the nose. Rich, tactile and dry, with good ripeness and breadth. This started out citric and minerally but, like the Souverain Brut, showed some intrusive older notes of earth, nuts and toffee with time in the glass. The acids still need a bit of time to harmonize.

Other Reviews:
This is great Champagne, in the bottle-aged Henriot style. It's a classic Chardonnay, ripe, creamy, packed with yellow fruits, and finely balanced with a great waft of toast. A high percentage of older vintages in the blend gives this wine richness, maturity, without ever losing its crisp edge. - Roger Voss

The vibrant, golden/citrus-colored... opens with a rich, ripe and intense, yet elegant and distinguished bouquet of sweet cherries, yellow plums, brioches, lemons and a hint of nougat. Round and intense on the palate, this is a medium to full-bodied, elegant and mouth-filling Brut. It has charming cherry fruit, and nice freshness and grip in the finish. There are lovely herbal aromas in the aftertaste. This is the generous classic of the Gosset portfolio... Stephan Reinhardt, July 2016

The wine has a luminous color with radiant rose accents. The nose is elegant and generous, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry and blackberry) leading to dried fruits and biscuit notes (almonds, apricots and brioche). On the palate, the fresh first impression is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation. In line with the style of the veuve clicquot house, the wine is perfectly balanced and combines elegance and personality. The wine works its magic - this delectable champagne is beautifully ample and full of charm. It is a delicious wine in early bloom, a rosé with character, wonderful as an aperitif to be shared as a twosome or with dear friends.

Lovely floral and berry aromas segue into cherry and citrus flavors in this elegant, medium-bodied rosé. It has a fine texture and the flavors are persistent.

WineSpectator Review:
A vibrant, berry-inflected rosi. Light and delicate, this is balanced and firms up on the chalky finish. Drink now.

Other Reviews:
"This seems drier than its stablemate, the famous Yellow Label, and is the better for it. There is an urgent freshness here, driven by red currants and tight plum skin flavors. It is lively but full in the mouth, and shows just the right bottle age." 91 Points - Wine Enthusiast

This champagne is famous for its highly expressive bouquet, which stems from the very careful preservation of the grape's natural fresh red fruit aromas. It is one of the rare rosé champagnes to be made using the maceration (skin contact) technique, which gives it the extraordinary depth and freshness that has made it the benchmark for rosé champagne around the world. Revered by wine-lovers for its flavours and by aesthetes for the beauty of its 17th century-style bottle, the Cuvée Rosé Brut is one of the stars in the Laurent-Perrier range.

WineSpectator Review:
Like a bowl of fresh berries, this stylish rosi is fresh and juicy. The refined texture and bright structure keep this balanced and graceful through the long finish. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Tanzer Review:
Pale salmon color. Brisk, pinot-like aromas of raspberry, strawberry, smoke, toast and honeysuckle. Bright and frothy in the mouth, with vibrant, firm-edged red berry flavors that call to mind a Russian River Valley pinot noir. A real fruit bomb, but dry and brisk on the back end.

Other Reviews:
This poised and polished effort offers plenty of forward fruit and spicy power, a confident midpalate range of fresh fruits, and a good yeasty finish with a kiss of butterscotch for good measure. Perfectly delightful, with plenty of depth. Wine Enthusiast

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs embodies purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made exclusively. Made primarily with Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, it is intensely aromatic. The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns.

The palate is both precise and clean as the wine delivers a radiant balance between roundness and smoothness.

WineSpectator Review:
A strong whiff of graphite turns quickly to vanilla and coffee flavors on the palate, with a candied citrus accent. Delicate and detailed, with a firmness on the lingering aftertaste of vanilla and lemon. Drink now.

Parker Review:
The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a great introduction to the house style. This elegant, fragrant wine offers up an array of smoke, toastiness, minerals, ripe pears and flowers. The medium-bodied NV Blanc de Blancs offers tons of clarity and precision at this level, with the lingering Ruinart sweetness on the finish. This is Lot LADH4EN, disgorged September, 2006. Anticipated maturity 2008-2011.

Tanzer Review:
Pale yellow. Flamboyantly aromatic bouquet displays kiwi, passion fruit, poached pear and smoked meat, with bright baking spices adding vibrancy. Impressively lively and precise on the palate, where the repeating pear and smoky meat qualities are joined by a refreshingly bitter lemon pith flavor on the finish. I love this smoky, dry style.

Other Reviews:
Toasty, floral and full-bodied, with a soft aftertaste, this has a great aromatic swathe initially, with only hints of Chardonnay minerality. The wine is delicious, with ripe white fruits and light acidity to finish. Wine Enthusiast

Krug Grande Cuvee multi-vintage is blended to reflect the house's style year after year. Remi Krug said, "It has so many nuances that it's like a symphony with many, many instruments making beautiful music -- so many facets that it goes on and on". "Krug Grande Cuvee is as a symphony, a composition where the instruments all play together, complementing each other in total harmony" -Winemaker, Henri Krug

"Dom Pérignon Blanc is the flagship of the house, the style is reached and everything is at the right place. It's a harmony of dialog between the style and the singularity of the vintage."
-Dom Pérignon

"The 2006 Dom Pérignon is a beautifully balanced, harmonious Dom Pérignon that strikes an incredibly appealing stylistic middle ground. Rich, voluptuous and creamy, the 2006 shows off fabulous intensity in a style that brings together the ripeness of 2002 with the greater sense of verve and overall freshness that is such a signature of the 2004. Bass notes and a feeling of phenolic grip on the finish recall the 2003, as the Pinot Noir is particularly expressive today. After an irregular summer that saw elevated temperatures in July followed by cooler, damp conditions in August, more favorable weather returned in September, pushing maturation ahead and leading to a long, protracted harvest. The 2006 falls into the family of riper, more voluptuous Dom Pérignons, but without veering into the level of opulence seen in vintages such as 2002."

Armand de Brignac is produced by Armand de Brignac Champagne of Reims, France. The Cattier family has owned and cultivated land in the Champagne region’s Montagne de Reims Terroir since 1763, and coined the Armand de Brignac name in the 1950s. Armand de Brignac bottles are filled, corked, and cultivated by hand by our caretakers throughout the aging process. The Armand de Brignac cellars are considered the deepest in the Reims Terroir.

THE BLEND
Each Armand de Brignac bottling contains a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from three distinct vintages, chosen from years of outstanding harvests. The Champagne is comprised entirely of grapes from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards from three of the region’s historic terroirs: the Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs, and Vallee de la Marne.

TASTING NOTES
Armand de Brignac is marvelously complex and full-bodied, with a bouquet that is both fresh and lively. Its sumptuous, racy fruit character is perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. Its texture is deliciously creamy and the palate has great depth and impact with a long and silky finish. A superb and singular example of a Prestige Champagne.

The Champagne has received universal critical acclaim, including a remarkable score of 98 points from wine critic José Peñín, 4.9 out of 5 points from Champagne writer Kåre Halldén, 9 out of 10 points from critic Davor Butkovic, and many others.

THE BOTTLE
Armand de Brignac is packaged in a stunning gold bottle originally developed by Cattier for the André Courrèges fashion house. Cattier’s gold bottle also made an appearance at Queen Elizabeth II of England’s Golden Jubilee celebration. All labels for each bottle of Armand de Brignac are made of real pewter, polished and applied by hand. Each bottle is packaged in a handsome black wooden gift box or in an embroidered velvet bag, which completes a package that speaks to the quality of the Armand de Brignac Champagne and the care taken with each step of its realization.

CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ and BLANC de BLANCS
Limited-edition varieties of Armand de Brignac are also available in small quantities, including a stunning Champagne Rosé and a breathtaking Blanc de Blancs, packaged in pink-gold and antique silver bottles, respectively. Please inquire for availability.

"Dom Pérignon Rosé requires a unique savoir-faire: to integrate the richness of Pinot Noir while remaining faithful to the style and maintaining the balance. Dom Pérignon Rosé requires a longer maturation, 9-10 years in the cellars vs 7-8 years for the blanc."
-Dom Pérignon

"The 2004 Dom Pérignon Rosé has put on remarkable weight over the last year or so. A rich, voluptuous wine, the 2004 Rosé hits the palate with stunning depth and resonance. The flavors are bold, rich and beautifully resonant from start to finish. Raspberry, cranberry, smoke, spice and crushed rocks build to the stunning, powerful finish. Vinous and ample, the 2004 Rosé will drink well for decades. The 2004 just keeps getting better with time in bottle."

Notes from Richard Geoffroy, Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave: On the nose the bouquet continues to vibrate with the fruit. As it breathes, the wine opens up. Bright notes of cherry and violet soon mingle with hints of rye, praline and smoke. In the mouth, the wine is perfectly coherent. Radiant overall, it opens with ease. Elegant, contained and fleshy in its breadth, it has a mellow, exotic finish. A note on the vintage: The year was marked by an exceptional summer. After a fairly overcast spring, the vines flowered late but quickly. The summer compensated for the spring, with a heat wave arriving at the end of June. For two months, there was hardly any rain, and above-normal temperatures set a 30-year record. The harvest began on September 18.

Luxury has always been a necessity for most of us but for those with a flair for the extraordinary, the cuvee Cristal 2002 should satiate. Luxury designer extraordinaire Philippe di Meo has teamed up with Champagne Louis Roederer to produce a limited edition Jeroboam design for the cuvee Cristal 2002. The appearance of the bottle itself screams luxury and one might as well imagine how luscious the inner content is going to be. In this day and age where appearance is everything, Cristal’s distinctive clear glass bottle encased in a lattice of 24-carat gold provides the ultimate in luxury wine tasting.

Each bottle takes four days to create by two master goldsmiths and the result is described as being “inspired by the greatest traditions of jewellery.” The limited edition Jeroboam design for the cuvee Cristal 2002 is indeed a jewel in the real sense. A precious jewel to gift to someone special or even better, a gift of luxury to your own taste buds.
