Now Viewing: John Jameson & Son Distillery
Jameson Irish Whiskey has been produced in Ireland since 1780 with pure Irish water and a combination of malted and unmalted Irish barley. The malts are dried in closed kilns, retaining the natural flavour of the grain, setting it apart from smokey taste associated with Scotch whiskey which is dried over open peat fires. Jameson Irish Whiskey is distilled in large copper pot stills and aged in bourbon-seasoned American oak and sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks.
