Now Viewing: Cobblestone Vineyards
The Levine family has been growing grapes for award-winning California wines since 1975. Their critically-acclaimed Cobblestone wines are made exclusively from the fruit of their two estate vineyards. Near the Arroyo Seco River in the center of Monterey County lies the vineyard that gives Cobblestone its name. This 50-acre oasis is densely and deeply packed with ‘Monterey Baked Potatoes’ as they’re sometimes called. Not unlike the galets of the Rhône Valley in France, these stones have a positive effect on drainage and temperature, contributing to the unique terroir that has become the signature of Cobblestone Chardonnay.
