Pasternoster is the oldest and arguably the greatest wine estate in Basilicata. "Don Anselmo" is supple, juicy and robust! With age, Aglianico's spice comes even more alive, giving "Don Anselmo" a Barolo-like flavor and nose. It's why this region is often playfully referred to as the "Barolo of the south."
