Milan’s ‘Sélection Terres de Noël’ is a single-vineyard champagne from 45 year-old vines in Oger. The ‘95 combines strength and elegance, showing the delicacy of the terroir and an upfront fruitiness, yet behind this lies a firm structure and insistent chalkiness. Sleek and focused, it’s showing superbly today, very complete, with aromas of citrus peel, lime, kumquat and mandarin oranges. A long, fragrant and refined finish.
