Paso Robles has a history of grape growing for over 200 years, as the warm days, cool nights and diverse and rich soils combine for ideal growing conditions for the regions 40 wine varietals.

A lengthy growing season combined with abundant sunshine for sugar production, and with cool nights and foggy mornings for color extraction and flavor enhancement, gives Deep Canyon the ideal opportunity to work with grapes. Deep Canyon’s goal is to embody this rich bounty of nature into wine.
