The Javillier family started as grape brokers. They bought grapes and juice from growers and sold them to reputable firms such as Drouhin. But Patrick decided to take it one step further. His rise as a talented winemaker of Chardonnay has been meteroric. His Bourgogne Blanc is deep, flavorful and lingering without being heavy or ponderous. There is a rich concentration of ripe Chardonnay fruit with just the right amount of wood tones added.
