Golan Chardonnay is 100% varietal, made from fruit coming from the northern Golan Heights. This un-oaked Chardonnay highlights the natural fruit characters of this variety. We enjoy drinking this wine with fairly delicate foods, such as seared chicken breasts finished with a bit of sherry, sushi or pasta with zuchini and lemon zest.
