Translated, this means Green Bridge. This sake is as fruity as any character in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". You will find in this glass some ripe banana, honeydew melon and every berry you could possibly put your nose on. Though we detected a meek amount of alcohol, it does not distract from the bubblegum aromas of this brew. With crisp and clean acidity that keeps the sake from being cloying, a green apple and pear flavor runs the length of the palate. A beautiful balance of sweet vs. dry carries this saké all the way to the peachy finish. Some would even think this sake was brewed by the Dole fruit company. If you love Ginjo saké, look no further.
