The GOSSET CELEBRIS champagne has become the company's jewel in the crown and now has three millésimes: 1988, 1990 and 1995. CELEBRIS 1990 and CELEBRIS Rosé 1995 in magnums and presented in a precious wood gift box set enabled GOSSET to celebrate the year 2000 in a spectacular and very elegant way. Tasting notes: Yellow with hints of gold and green. Very fine bubbles concentrate into a delicate cordon. It has a nose mixed with fruits and flowers (the perfect mix of roses, litchis, mango and mandarin). Power and generosity. First impression of white strawberries and mandarin over a very soft caramel taste. A wonderful concentration of aromas. A harmonious vintage with an interesting conservation potential. Aperitif, on fish, shellfish and crustaceans or on foie gras. Ageing: 7 years at 11 °. Tasting: at 7°.
