This is a new negociant of Lebanese born winemaker Mounier Saouma, who spent six years making wine for a French monastery in Israel before moving to Burgundy. He raises the wine on their lees in 100% new, slowly toasted Seguin-Moreau barrels in his small cave in Beaune and bottles them without fining or filtration. We highly recommend these fantastic Burgundies.
