Rabbi Sammy Perez's goal is to create a wine that is not only Kosher and unpasteurized, unfiltered and unfined, but is a leading contender in the market of ultra premium wines from the Central Coast. Rabbi Perez takes a minimalist approach to winemaking. Using traditional methods, he is creating handcrafted wines with balance and character. His Rhone-style KIDDUSH HASHEM CELLARS Syrah is made with grapes farmed meticulously at Great Oaks Ranch Vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley, a family owned vineyaard dedicated to producing low-yields with concentrated fruit.
