High-altitude vineyards is located between 2,000 and 2,500 feet above sea level in Israel’s Upper Galilee, an area that enjoys a climate similar to that of California’s Napa Valley. A long, sunny growing season with cool nights and virtually no threat of rain during the harvest period provide ideal conditions in which to nurture Bordeaux red grape varieties. Red alluvial and volcanic soils offer excellent drainage and optimal levels of micronutrients for production of top quality red wines.
