The Yukon Golds are in and they're amazing! We hope to have them through the holidays. They're available in the 2lb Barrel and the Create-Your-Own Chip And Dip Kit. For those of you unfamiliar with the Yukons, they are organically grown, cooked just in sunflower oil and lightly salted. We're still waiting on the sweet potatoes.
