The origins of this house go back to the end of the eighteenth century, an era when the Ambroise family settled in Premeaux-Prissey, near Nuits- Saint-Georges. Three hundred years later, Bertrand Ambroise works passionately in the vineyard, with 390 "ouvrées" on approximately 17 hectares, stamping it with his own character.
