The internationally recognized bucking horse that symbolizes the Pendleton Round-Up has been selected to epitomize smooth Canadian sipping whisky. Pendleton Canadian Whisky is the creation of Hood River Distillers, the Northwest's oldest and largest importer and producer of distilled spirits. The 10-year-old, 80-proof, oak-barrel aged blended whisky will hit the shelves this spring. In addition to the bucking horse, the Pendleton Round-Up's "Let 'er Buck" slogan will be on the label. A portion of the proceeds from every sale will benefit the Pendleton Round-Up.
