Rinquinquin is a light, traditional peach apéritif wine known throughout France as an excellent way to begin a meal. Rinquinquin begins by gently infusing sweet peaches and delicate peach leaves to a neutral spirit. It is then mixed with white wine, essential oil of citrus and sugar. The result is a fruity, yet mellow wine. Fruit wines can be served chilled or over ice. With the addition of club soda, Rinquinquin can be a refreshing spritzer.
