Simple Peche Brut is a dry sparkling wine that has a delightful natural bouquet of fresh peaches. It is produced by Cuvee Close (Charmat Methode) by blending Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Semillon grapes and adding a brut dosage of an Eau d'vie of Peach.
