2005 Clearview Unwooded Chardonnay 750ML
Product Information:
Lemon gold in colour and oily smelling, like citrus oil extract with hints of vanilla and vitamin B. It's spritzy in the palate, the vitamin B character becoming quite strong, a crisp riesling-like acidity, apples on the finish, alcoholic warmth and a lingering vanillin note. Tried the wine again two days later to find some nice peachy fruit characters had developed. It was overall more balanced with a juicy finish. 14.5% alc. 6Mar2006.
