Modern Spirits is hand-made in Los Angeles with the finest ingredients to create a vodka good enough to sip, pair with meals and make into elegant cocktails. They minimally process the vodkas to bring out the complex, natural flavors. Some sedimentation over time is natural.

"The harvest gold/metallic/burnished orange color isn't as pretty as it is different perfect purity. All I could think of as I sniffed the aroma right after the pour is "florist shop" as the sweetish odor of at-their-prime roses wafts from the sampling glass aeration doesn't strongly affect this intensely floral bouquet as the rose petal aromatic dominance is unrelenting. The palate entry is, well, rose-like and moderately sweet and glycerine-like at midpalate, the texture turns oily and buttery while the flavor profile remains firmly entrenched in roses. Finishes oily. While admittedly one dimensional, the infusion is done so well that it's hard not to admire the skill of the distiller.
