Ariel Brut Cuvie is produced from Chardonnay grapes fermented cold (45F, 7C) in stainless steel cooperage. The cuvie is balanced from the finished wines, with the alcohol gently removed by cold filtration, and is Charmat method sparkling wine processed prior to bottling. Ariel Brut Cuvie is 100% Chardonnay with less than half of one percent alcohol. The vineyards and vintages are selected based on their consistency of delicately floral fruit aromas. ARIEL Brut Cuvie retains all the natural and delicate flavor of the grapes by removing the alcohol through our own unique and patented method of cold filtration. Delicate floral aromas of lilac and lavender from the grape coupled with a subtle toasty oak bouquet create a sparkling wine well suited for a Sunday brunch, evening dinner party, or any festive occasion.
