Named after the proprietor’s eldest son, the 2003 Numa Costieres de Nimes (Red) offers spices, herbs, and dark fruits in its aromatic profile. A big, bold, medium-bodied wine, it reveals black raspberries, blackberries, cassis, thyme, and rosemary flavors in its fresh yet rich personality. Projected maturity: now-2009.
