Sliced paper thin, it makes a great appetizer, or it can be wrapped around scallops, seafood, asparagus spears, thin bread sticks or even fresh fruit (melon or peaches are our favorites). You can cut julienne pieces to add a special flavor to salad, toss it in a dish of pasta (with fresh peas and a cream sauce) or scatter it on top of pizza instead of pepperoni. It is also great on a sandwich (especially grilled cheese!), with cheeses, olives or simply eaten alone. No carbohydrates or trans-fatty acids!
