Pears and apples make up the aromatic profile of the light to medium-bodied. A pretty, spicy, satin-textured effort, it offers toasty oak-laced white fruit flavors before tapering off in the finish.

Other Notes:
The most aromatically complex wine to this point with white flower, peach and fennel aromas leading to big, robust and powerful flavors that somehow manage to remain elegant and pure with stunning finishing complexity. It presently displays quite a bit of wood with vanilla and spice yet the concentration and dry extract are such that this should integrate with time.
