Product Information: Platine is the creation of Jamie Cantor, who among many other achievements, worked as a pastry chef for several years at the renowned French Laundry in Napa, California. Previous to opening Platine, Jamie found that her favorite thing to make was cookies. She took her love for cookies and her impressive work history to open a bakery and storefront in Culver City. Platine makes hand-made cookies and pastries from all natural ingredients, mixed in small batches from original recipes, and packaged artistically by hand. What that amounts to is some of the freshest and most honest cookies in Los Angeles. At her store she has a constantly revolving daily menu of the most decadent and delicious treats imaginable. Here at Wally’s we carry her Camees (vanilla with fleur de sel), Platinos (a chocolate nod to the Oreo), chocolate chip, and signature cookies. | ||||
