La Grande Champagne and la Petite Champagne make up the essential part of this blend. Some of these eaux-de-vie have been preserved in the Founder’s Cellar and the oldest of them date back to 1870. These precious eaux-de-vie are aged exclusively in Limousin oak barrels, which have already given up their most distinctive tannins.
