Product Notes: Antique is a rare fine champagne, a delicate blend of cognacs originating exclusively in the two premier districts, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Each component in the blend is distilled from wine "En Lait" still milky with fine less in suspension. And each one is aged separately in small casks of Limousin Oak. This traditional method allows the distinctive aroma of each component to fully develop. Antique is a light and delicate cognac. A vanilla note, floral nuances, a hint of honey, leather and vine. On the plate, Antique is mellow and supple, releasing a wealth of sustained flavor.
Hine Antique Cognac is a blend of more than 40 cognacs drawn from both the Grande and Petite Champagne districts and aged for more than one generation. It is light and delicate on the nose, with spicy and intense vanilla aromas. It is complex, balanced, velvety, supple and voluptuous on the palate. Tasting Notes.
