2002 Jamek Riesling Ried Klaus Smaragd 750ML
Product Information: This wine is the jewel in the crown of the exceptional Wiengut Josef Jamek in Joching. Ried Klaus has become synonymous with Jamek wine culture, and is archetypal Wachau Riesling. Ried Klaus is a 6-hectare vineyard located on steep slopes between Weissenkirchen and Dürnstein, with over a hundred stone terraces.
Intense, ripe, sweet apple (complete with blossoms and leaves attached), spiced powdered sugar, and a finish that builds towards the huge. There’s no hurry here. (4/06)
