Monk's Cafe Sour Ale
Product Information:
In the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Dark brick red-amber, clear, but dark. Creamy head fades quickly to a halo; good lacing. Lambic like sourness with hints of green apple, sweet, nutty, and and yeasty, and a bit of blackberry in the aroma. A bit of sour apple at the end. Warming finish that sort of reminds me of a burgundy wine.
