We made this mix as a bar snack for Redhook Brewery’s 20th anniversary party a while back and it was so popular we decided to keep it around. We’ve taken light-roasted brewers barley, caramelized it with sugar and a bit of cayenne pepper, and combined it with all kinds of fun things—smoked almonds, sesame crackers, organic currants and wasabi peas. 8.5 oz. tub
