2004 Cooralook Pinot Noir 750ML

Region: Mornington Peninsula. Winemaker Notes: The 2003 vintage was yet again ideal throughout Southern Australia, mild dry weather allowed the fruit from all of our vineyards to be harvested in ideal condition. Crop levels were between 2 and 3 tons per acre resulting in intense fruit and well balanced wines. The Pinot Noir was picked in March 2004 and bottled in March 2005. Color: Medium red plum colors. Bouquet: This is a more elegant style of Pinot Noir exhibiting aromas of fresh dark berry fruits and hints of strawberries and undergrowth.Palate: The flavors reflect the aromas. The middle palate is silky in texture with a fine dry finish and a pleasing length.
