Decanted for 30mins. Great dark ruby red colour. Powerful nose of raspberries and asparagus with some floral scents as well. Flavours of sour raspberries and cherries. Hints of black licorice come through on the 15-20 second finish. Well balanced, soft mouth feel. Nice acidity.
