This is a fine wine. On the nose notes of white fruit predominate. On the palate the wine is both round and soft. A champagne to celebrate every occasion in life.   Golden and delicate, showing such subtle aromas, this perfect blend of chardonnay and pinot noir will give a sparkle to every moment in life.

40 % Chardonnay, 60 % pinot noir of which 25 % reserve wines.

Appearance
Golden yellow colour with a beautiful brilliance. Very good mousse and fine bubbles.

Nose
A very delicate, fresh, and fruity nose, showing notes of white fruits mainly pear. Beautiful intensity.

Taste
Harmonious, vivacious and lively wine. Well-balanced, full, with aromas of ripe fruits.  A pleasant, lengthy finish.

Wine Spectator Review:
A strong whiff of graphite turns quickly to vanilla and coffee flavors on the palate, with a candied citrus accent. Delicate and detailed, with a firmness on the lingering aftertaste of vanilla and lemon. Drink now.

Parker Review:
The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a great introduction to the house style. This elegant, fragrant wine offers up an array of smoke, toastiness, minerals, ripe pears and flowers. The medium-bodied NV Blanc de Blancs offers tons of clarity and precision at this level, with the lingering Ruinart sweetness on the finish. This is Lot LADH4EN, disgorged September, 2006. Anticipated maturity 2008-2011.

Tanzer Review:
Pale yellow. Flamboyantly aromatic bouquet displays kiwi, passion fruit, poached pear and smoked meat, with bright baking spices adding vibrancy. Impressively lively and precise on the palate, where the repeating pear and smoky meat qualities are joined by a refreshingly bitter lemon pith flavor on the finish. I love this smoky, dry style.

Other Notes:
Toasty, floral and full-bodied, with a soft aftertaste, this has a great aromatic swathe initially, with only hints of Chardonnay minerality. The wine is delicious, with ripe white fruits and light acidity to finish. Wine Enthusiast
