Good light yellow color. Nose dominated by chalk and minerals. Then rich, round and ripe in the mouth, with seductively sweet flavors of pineapple and crystallized lemon peel supported by bright minerality. Finishes fresh and long, with complex suggestions of lees and powdered stone.
