Tanzer Review:
Good mediumdeep red. Wild berries, meat, leather and mocha on the somewhat reduced nose. Rich and broad but less obviously open and sweet than the Roncieres. Blacker in fruit character, with some complicating herbal nuances but a bit less verve today than the Roncieres. This needs at least two years of patience and at the moment it appears to rely more on its tannins than on its acids for balance.
