Cuts like a knife, with live-wire Key lime, grapefruit, chalk and sea salt notes. Rich and powerful, but very nervy through the long, mouthwatering, collar-grabbing finish. Almost severe now in its minerality, but just wait. Best from 2007 through 2011. -Wine Spectator October 30, 2006
