Tanzer Review: Brooding aromas of flinty minerality, smoke and nut oil. Dense and deep, with uncommon sweetness and silky texture for young Corton-Charlemagne. There's nothing hard about the sappy apple, spice and nut oil flavors and yet this stylish wine is still quite young and backward. Finishes long and vibrant, with a subtle suggestion of hawthorn blossom. 93(?) pts. | ||||
