Christophe believes strongly in tradition and all his wines are hand crafted from the picking to the pressing so to avoid any stress and preserve the authenticity of the wine. This Chardonnay is harmonious, rich and extremely well balanced. Aromas of honeysuckle , marmalade, with some elegant nutty flavours. Fruity and creamy mouth full, soft, with well integrated oak. Fermented in 80% new French Gillet barrels for 11 months, this wine has depth and harmony, with a very long and enjoyable finish.
