"Sweet red wine, obtained at the end of September from manual gathering of the grapes Corvina and Corvinone Vernose, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta. After 5 months of drying in wooden crates the grapes are then crushed and fermented. Refinement in oak and cherry wood barriques." -Winery
