Producer's notes: Washed arabica, single orgin coffee. Beautiful bean from the Ethiopian mountains. A charming "primadonna", with a strong character but elegant demeanor. Low in caffeine, low bitterness, and fabulous, rich aromas of flowers honey and citrus fruits. Flavors of grapefruit, orange and lime and moderate tannins. An extreme coffee, high in acidity and with a strong character. Amazing. One of Manuel Terzi's favorites.
