Winemaker's notes: Our 2006 Sonoma Chardonnay from Dutton and Ritchie vineyards is crafted from gnarly old Russian River Valley vines in deep, sandy loam soils. Ripe citrus and apricot fruit aromas are overlain with sexy sandalwood spice. Framed in smoky, toasty oak and loaded with ripe fruitful flavors, the wine is balanced, rich, and persistent, with trademark Meyer lemon zest on the finish. 1,900 cases produced.
