Amedei's notes: A selection of twelve napolitains from three intensities of dark chocolate for an enthusiastic journey of flavour. The "Tuscan Blacks" are three different, proprietary blends of different cocoa beans from plantations exclusively selected by Amedei. As Amedei master chocolatier Cecelia Tessieri explains, this is "real chocolate," the result of over three centuries of European experiment, innovation, discussion and evolution in customs. This selection is an attempt to capture, within each single napolitain, all the flavour which chocolate is capable of giving.
