Product Information: Winemaker's notes: A Grand Reserve cava produced with wines from the finest harvests of the Macabeo and Parellada varieties. The high percentage of Macabeo preserves the youth of the cava during its long aging. The strong ageing aroma in the bottle reveals a perfect combination of sugar and acidity. Potent in the mouth and elegant on the palate with a long finish. Wine Spectator Review: Like a rich Chardonnay with bubbles. Great toasty aromas, smooth texture and fruity, spicy flavors that linger on the finish. Drink now. Parker Review: The expensive Reserva Heredad is hand-riddled and hand-disgorged. Light gold-colored, it offers wheat-thin aromas and lemon-lime flavors with excellent concentration. The finish is crisp and clean. Other Notes: Regal in presentation, with its faux-metal label and broad-based bottle. And in every edition its one of Spains more elegant, serious cavas.
