Parker Review:
Gorgeous berry fruit intermixed with some spring flowers, loamy soil notes, and earth jump from the glass of the fullbodied 2006 Zinfandel Grist Vineyard. This is a strong effort in the vintage, the wine powerful, rich, and long. It should drink nicely for 5 to 6 years.

Tanzer Review:
Medium redruby. Cherry liqueur, mocha and coffee aromas, enlivened by floral and camphor notes. Supersweet and creamy, with rather hightoned cherry and spice flavors reminiscent of grenache. A rather powerful and unrefined style, finishing with substantial tannins and a note of cherry cough medicine. This one needs a year or so in bottle.
