Saturated ruby color. Inky cherry and blackberry aromas, with deeper espresso, asphalt, spice and licorice accents. Chewy and packed with dark fruit flavors accompanied by smoky, meaty qualities and firmed by solid tannins. Finishes with strong cherry and bitter chocolate notes - impressive power, gaining sweetness with aeration. Young, but clearly has the material to cellar.
