Winemaker's notes: Bees wax, lemon peel and lychee nuts. Mid-weight, bright and clearly focused. Very spicy in the Gewurzy sense. Does not show any obvious sweetness, just well ripened fruit. Complex, though not subtle. Plenty of acid, but still mouthfilling and complete.
