WineSpectator Review:
Wonderful perfumes of flowers, currant, blackberry and violet. Fullbodied, with very fine tannins and a caressing texture. Long and balanced. Very, very pretty. Score range 90 to 93
Tanzer Review:
Medium ruby. Aromas of cassis, licorice, graphite, chocolate, menthol and flowers, lifted by a light peppery note. Dense, sweet and round, with a lovely mineral pungency accentuating the impression of terroir Theres nothing hard about this suave, voluminous wine, which comes across as richer and lusher than its 12.7% alcohol would suggest. The slowbuilding finish features subtle minerally persistence. 91 to 94 points.
