Wine Spectator Review: An animal aroma, with wild cherry and citrus notes, marks this vinous, concentrated rosi. It has power and persistence, thus is more suited to foodthink lobster in a cream saucethan casual sipping. Drink now through 2010. Parker Review: The NV Brut Rose is made in a similarly elegant and refined style, even though it isnt quite as expressive as the Blanc de Blancs at the outset. With time in the glass the Pinot qualities come through with greater focus. The NV Rose offers excellent length and a polished personality in the signature Ruinart style. This is Lot LAD7ZCA, disgorged July, 2007. Anticipated maturity 2008-2011. Tanzer Review: Orange-pink. Initially restrained floral and red berry aromas build dramatically, picking up notes of more exotic flowers and smoked meat while retaining vibrancy. Firm redcurrant and strawberry flavors offer impressive clarity and depth, with an exotic blood orange quality carrying into the finish. Really lovely stuff, offering an uncommon combination of flavor impact and finesse. Other Notes: A full, creamy Champagne that has ripe fruits and dry but rich character that lends itself ideally to food, even to meat dishes. This is a wine with weight and some intense fruity power.
