Wine Spectator Review: Blackberry and raspberry aromas, with hints of mineral. Full-bodied, with slightly aggressive tannins and a medium finish. Chewy and austere. But should soften with bottle age. Parker Review: Never one of my favorite wines from this bucolic appellation, the 2006 La Cabanne is an elegant, well-made, dark ruby-colored wine with some notes of caramel, sweet cherry, and underbrush. It is medium-bodied, pleasant, and best drunk over the next 6-7 years. | ||||
