Product Information: Winemaker's notes: Full of fresh floral and bright red fruit aromas, our rosé is weighty and succulent, perfect for a summer afternoon garden party. Enjoy it with dishes such as a salad of endives, goat cheese, and beets, or Provençal fare, such as game hens grilled with herbes de Provence and brushed with olive oil and fresh garlic. As it is with all of our wines, salmon is also a friend of Soter rosé. Tanzer Review: Bright pink. Strawberry, raspberry and white flowers on the nose. Midweight red fruit flavors are firmed by juicy acidity and given lift by tangy minerals. Finishes with very good cling and sneaky mineral persistence. I found it nearly impossible to stop drinking this intriguing wine, which is 95% pinot noir and the rest gewurztraminer and riesling. 90 points (JR, 06/2009) | ||||
